Age Restriction Notice: Our communities are age-restricted pursuant to the Housing for Older Persons Act (HOPA). At least one resident of each household must be 55 years of age or older, and 80% or more of the occupied units must be occupied by at least one person who is 55 or older. Use of this Website does not waive or override these community age requirements.
