*Park model rental prices vary based on the model. Added features, such as a deck or an Arizona room, may increase the rental cost. Weekly rentals include electricity and propane gas. Monthly rentals are billed for electricity and propane gas. Telephone is available through Century Link. Laundry facilities are available at the recreation center.
RV Space Reservation & Cancellation Policies
Daily and Weekly: Reservations are taken with a $50 deposit. Cancellations: Reservations must be canceled by 9 am MST of start date to receive a refund.
Three Month: Reservations are taken with one month’s rent ($990 or $1135). Balance due upon check-in. Cancellations: Up to 60 days notice, full refund of deposit. Within 60 days, a $100 cancellation fee will be assessed. Refunds After Start Date: Calculated by taking the Three Month rate paid and deducting from it the current monthly, weekly and daily charges for rental time used. Any remaining balance, minus a $100 cancellation fee is refunded.
Two Month: Reservations are taken with full two months’ rent. Cancellations: Up to 60 days notice, full refund of deposit. Within 60 days, a $100 cancellation fee will be assessed. Refunds After Start Date: There will be no refund.
Monthly: Reservations taken with one month’s rent as a deposit. Cancellations: Up to 60 days notice, full refund of deposit. Within 60 days, a $100 cancellation fee will be assessed. Refunds After Start Date: Calculated by taking the Monthly rate paid and deducting from it the current weekly and daily charges for rental time used. Any remaining balance, minus a $100 cancellation fee is refunded.
Seasonal: Reservations taken with one-half of the seasonal rate taken as a deposit. The balance is due upon check-in. Cancellations: Up to 60 days notice, full refund of deposit. Within 60 days, a $100 cancellation fee will be assessed. Refunds After Start Date: Calculated by taking the Seasonal rate paid and deducting from it the current monthly, weekly and daily charges for rental time used. Any remaining balance, minus a $100 cancellation fee is refunded.
Annual: Reservations taken with one-half of the annual rate. Balance due upon check-in. Cancellations: A $100 cancellation fee will be assessed on refunds made up to the reservation start date. Refunds After Start Date: The Annual rate is a discounted rate based on the Monthly rate of $990 x 12. Therefore, refunds shall be calculated by taking the Annual rate paid and deducting from it charges for the time used at the rate of $33.00 per day ($990 divided by 30). Remaining balance minus a $100 cancellation fee is refunded by mail.
All refunds are made using the original method of payment.
