Model Features

Park models are located in the non-pet section and are non-smoking units. A refundable security deposit of $300.00 is required to hold the unit. The park model will be furnished with the following items:

• Queen Bed, Sofa, Easy Chair, End Table
• Lamp, Dinette Set, Stove, Refrigerator
• Microwave, Television, Coffee Maker, Toaster
• Sheets, Pillow Cases, Blankets
• Bedspreads, Towels and Wash Cloths
• Pots and Pans, Dishes, Glasses
• Silverware (includes small kitchen utensils)
• Laundry Facilities are available in recreation center

Rent includes a fully furnished park model, cable TV, use of our recreational facilities and participation in our activity program.

Electricity, propane gas and telephone will be the responsibility of the individual renter.
