Reservation and Cancellation Policies:
Rates are for two people.
Daily and Weekly: Reservations taken with a $20.00 deposit. Reservation must be cancelled at least by 9 a.m. MST of start date to receive a refund.
Monthly: Reservations taken with one month's rent as a deposit. Reservation must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to start date for a full refund. Within 30 days of the reservation start date, a $20.00 cancellation fee will be assessed.
Seasonal: Reservations taken with one half of the seasonal rate taken as a deposit. The final half is due within three months or on reservation start date, whichever is earlier. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be assessed on refunds made up to the reservation start date.
Annual: Reservations taken with one-half of the annual rate. The final half is due within three months or on reservation start date, whichever is earlier. A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed on refunds made up to the reservation start date.
