Park Models Rentals at
Rincon Country East
Park models are located in the non-pet section and are non-smoking units.
A refundable security deposit of $300.00 is required to hold the unit.
The park model will be furnished with the following items:
- Queen Bed, Sofa, Easy Chair, End Table
- Lamp, Dinette Set, Stove, Refrigerator
- Microwave, Television, Coffee Maker, Toaster
- Sheets, Pillow Cases, Blankets
- Bedspreads, Towels and Wash Cloths

- Pots and Pans, Dishes, Glasses
- Silverware (includes Small Kitchen Utensils)
- Laundry Facilities are available in recreation center

Rent includes a fully furnished park model, cable TV, use of our recreational facilities and participation in our activity program.
Electricity, propane gas and telephone will be the responsibility of the individual renter.
