OFF-PEAK SEASON ACTIVITIES
(May – September)
Enjoy the serenity of our resort during our quiet season. Swim, play pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, bocce ball, and billiards. Use our library, fitness center, and hobby workshops.
PEAK SEASON ACTIVITIES
(October – April)
Enjoy all the off-peak season activities PLUS hundreds of coordinated activities: dinners, dances, parties, concerts, shows, fitness classes, club activities, games, hobby shows, sports, special events, and excursions.
From October through April, our calendar is packed with concerts, shows, and live bands which perform on our main stage for your listening and dancing pleasure.

For indoor fitness, use our fully-equipped on-site gym, or join one of our fitness
classes, such as yoga, aerobics, line dancing, and Zumba.
There are endless outdoor possibilities from easy rambles around the resort to a challenging all-day bike ride. Surrounded by mountains and boasting an extraordinarily diverse wildlife population, Tucson is a hiker’s paradise. There’s something to suit every fitness level and pace, and plenty of sunshine to enjoy it in.

Rincon Country East has a men’s chorus and a mixed chorus. Members practice regularly and put on concerts for the RCE community.
During the high season, the Rincon Country Little Theater Group rehearses and presents a play which is always eagerly anticipated. No one wants to miss seeing their friends and neighbors up on the stage!
Arts & Crafts
Learn a new craft or join a group of people who share your passion.
Some of our craft clubs include beading, woodcarving, ceramics, jewelry making, painting, quilting, sewing, photography, and woodworking. We have an annual fair where you can exhibit and sell your works.
If you have a hobby or interest not
represented, consider sharing your talent by forming a new club for fun and friendship.

Play bingo, billiards, Mexican train, bridge, 500, poker, mah jongg, Texas hold ‘em, pinochle, horseshoes, cribbage, euchre, canasta, and many others.

Play pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, and bocce ball. Pop into a court for an impromptu game, or join a league for regular team and tournament play.
Play for fun and fitness, or play for bragging rights and a trophy!

Many Rincon Country East residents and guests contribute their time, talent, and treasures to the Tucson community.
Whether your passion includes swinging a hammer for Habitat for Humanity or loading food boxes for the Community Food Bank, residents and staff can help connect you with Tucson non-profit organizations.
We have several groups who get together just for the fun of it. Join the Red Hat
Society or the Singles Group, or attend one of many potlucks and happy hours held during the peak season.

Rincon Country East hosts many informative seminars on topics ranging from travel to health matters to endangered species.
Most seminars are free to attend. Check the calendar for the seminars you’re interested in and sign up for them in the Activity Office.
Rincon Country East operates shuttle
excursions to many exciting local events and attractions from October through April.
Join excursions to area museums, nature preserves, festivals, historic sites, and many more fun destinations.
Most of our excursion rides are free. A few longer trips require a nominal ride fee.
The shuttle is handicapped accessible and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

During our high season, special events can include on-site farmers markets, craft shows, rummage sales, classic car shows, parades, street dances, picnics, and more.

Rincon Country East has dozens of hobby and special interest clubs. Whether you’re staying at RCE for a few days or a few months, the clubs warmly welcome new members, as well as guests who would just like to pop in to see what the clubs are all about.
